- Prior to joining Collas Moro Ross as a Consultant in 2000, Bill had been Principal of the Gold Coast law firm Millican & Associates. This followed a number of years working in the advisory section of the Queensland Crown Law Office before entering private practice in Brisbane.
- His expertise in commercial law includes advice on company trusts, leasing, conveyancing, liquor and gaming licences, and criminal matters.
- His legal advice to small and large business is enhanced by the practical experience gained as a director of a number of companies and the many issues relating to their business affairs. He is presently a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
- Bill has spent a significant part of his life on the Coast and has acquired a valuable knowledge of the region. His contribution to the local community has been significant.
- He is passionate about horse racing and has actively encouraged the sport's development on the Gold Coast over many years. As testament to this contribution Bill was elected Chairman of the Gold Coast Turf Club in 2003. He is also a member of the Tattersalls Club.
