Gino has over 40 years of experience as a legal practitioner on the Gold Coast and is a Law Society accredited Property Law Specialist.

Gino has expertise in business law, commercial litigation, property, and land law including town planning, subdivisions, and developments.

 

He also has extensive experience in both small and large property development and property management matters. Over the last 35 years, Gino has overseen the developmental, contractual, and titling issues for the development of the Gold Coast residential canal estates of Sorrento and Benowa Waters. He has also been heavily involved as a lawyer for the development of numerous high-rise residential and mixed-use complexes and Community Title Schemes on the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

Gino completed his Bachelor of Laws Degree at Queensland University and joined Collas Moro Ross soon after in 1973. He became a partner of the firm in 1977.

He speaks Italian and is actively involved in the local community. He is a past President of the Gold Coast Law Association, Member of the Law Council of Australia, and Honorary Solicitor and patron of the Gold Coast ltalo-Australia Club and Gold Coast Show Society and Honourary Solicitor to Gold Coast Legacy, the Australian American Association, and Dante Alighieri Society.

 

A dedicated family man with two children, his interests extend to golf, cycling and boating.
